          Rumors always fly when an agent is terminated. For some unknown reason, the agent usually is "the bad guy" in the eyes of his co-horts and definitely in the eyes of the company. Often only the company's side is told and, of course, the company makes themselves look good. If an out-of-court settlement is made, there's usually a gag order. Isn't it time you heard the agent's side of the story? You must decide whom you choose to believe. We suspect that after you read Connie Roth's article about her termination and the termination (at the same time) of her twin sister, Bonnie Roth, you will begin to have your eyes opened.

           The Roths will be presenting a three part series for members only. Obviously, Part 3 is not history yet. It has been over three years since the Roth agents started fighting this battle. They are to be commended for standing for truth, for trying to make things better for all agents, and for doing this at such a great cost to them.

May 2009 Update
 
           It has now been the better part of 4 ½ years since the Roth sisters were terminated by American Family Insurance. Connie and Bonnie have been in court many times and are still fighting for their rights. They are exhausted, discouraged, and ready to quit, but how do you not continue to fight to clear your good name? You have to keep going.

           The first article was written by Connie. Now we'd like to present you with two articles Bonnie has written. The first one, "The History and Events Leading to My Termination by American Family" was written by Bonnie about their termination from her perspective. We believe you will be very surprised how the course of events evolved.

           The second article by Bonnie is called "God knows AmFam and He is the Ultimate Judge and Jury." In this article Bonnie does a lot of soul searching while questioning her own motives for continuing the fight. Ultimately, she realizes that God is in control, He knows what American Family is doing to her, how wrong it is, and she believes that with God anything is possible if one has enough faith.
